For Authors

For Editors

  1. Fair Review: Editors must ensure that manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit without regard to the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, nationality, or religious beliefs.
  2. Confidentiality: Editors and editorial staff must not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, or other editorial advisers.
  3. Conflict of Interest: Editors should recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest.
  4. Decision-Making: Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on the validity of the work and its importance to researchers and readers.

For Reviewers

  1. Confidentiality: Reviewers must keep all information regarding manuscripts confidential and review the content objectively without personal bias.
  2. Constructive Feedback: Reviewers are encouraged to provide constructive, clear, and unbiased feedback to improve the quality of the manuscript.
  3. Timeliness: Reviewers should complete their review within the designated time frame and inform the editor if they are unable to do so.
  4. Conflict of Interest: Reviewers should not review manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with any of the authors or institutions connected to the papers.

For the Publisher

The publisher is committed to upholding the integrity of the academic record and will ensure that cases of misconduct, such as plagiarism, data falsification, or unauthorized use of information, are addressed promptly. In cases of proven academic misconduct, the publisher reserves the right to retract or remove the paper.
