Pengaruh Work Stress dan Work-Life Balance terhadap Quiet Quitting pada Karyawan Outsourcing di Salah Satu Perusahaan Konstruksi

Quiet quitting merupakan perilaku ketika karyawan tetap menjalankan pekerjaan hanya sebatas memenuhi tuntutan minimum untuk mempertahankan pekerjaannya, tanpa adanya keterikatan emosional yang kuat terhadap pekerjaan maupun organisasi. Fenomena ini menjadi semakin relevan pada karyawan outsourcing yang bekerja berdasarkan sistem kontrak sehingga sewaktu-waktu dapat mengalami pemutusan hubungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan work-life balance terhadap quiet quitting pada karyawan outsourcing di perusahaan konstruksi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan survei kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 125 responden yang berasal dari tiga unit perusahaan outsourcing melalui teknik probability sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling artial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap quiet quitting, sedangkan work-life balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap quiet quitting. Nilai R-square menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 62% varians quiet quitting. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan lebih memahami penurunan keterikatan kerja karyawan yang berkaitan dengan fenomena quiet quitting melalui penerapan langkah-langkah preventif, pemantauan tingkat keterikatan karyawan, pengurangan stres kerja, serta peningkatan work-life balance.
